Big portions, low prices and so-so food quality. Still, not a bad place to grab a meal, especially on a warm day with outside seating, perfect for people watching. Service is quick and pleasant and there's always a chance to get chatty with the locals. Can't overemphasize the low prices, would have seemed reasonable in the 90's. May not be a bad idea to raise prices a bit and start offering better grade food.

Do you want a lot of bang for your buck? Tick Tock's portions are definitely on the large side and you can't beat their prices. I've eaten there on Sunday mornings when it's a little slow and Saturday afternoon/evenings when the restaurant side and bar are hopping. The wait staff the past year have all been OUTSTANDING! I would have given 5 stars but the women's bathroom is in dire need of renovation.

They used to have great BBQ Ribs, but the quality of the ribs has gone down, The last few times I ordered they were dry and over cooked. However, the other dinners I ordered were GREAT ! and they have some of the best house dressing around ! I would recommend, just do not order the ribs.

I have been eating their ribs since the 80's. I love them. When I come back to visit I really enjoy going to a place that has changed very little.

I love eating here, it's always amazing. Grape Leaves are the best I've ever had and the Sauerkraut Balls are a new favorite of mine. Also got the Pierogie and Perch Dinner and it was delicious. Best food in Cleveland.
